Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely yes! When you have received your pledges (cards, plush or add-ons) you will have 30 days from the date of delivery (when you get the package) to ask for a refund. All we will ask is that you return the package to us and we will return your original pledge amount, no questions asked. Please do note the refund will be for the amount pledged and will only be issued if you are using the exact same email address as you pledged with.

I have an idea or suggestion, will you listen?
Absolutely! I want to create things you want. One of my favourite things about crowdfunding is the direct communication between backers and creators. If you have an idea, absolutely get in touch and we will discuss it. I will then take each suggestion on board and we will determine if its feasible financially and practically.
I will always listen, I can’t promise I will always do everything, but I will listen and I will try to incorporate as much feedback and community improvements as possible while still sticking to the timeline for the campaign.

How do I pledge?
To pledge you select the reward tier you’re interested in and make your pledge. You can choose from various pledge levels offering different combinations of cards and plush toys.
You can also change your pledge or add on additional items if you want a combination that isn’t offered in the standard pledges.

I am moving house before orders are pledged, can I change my address?
For sure! You can edit your response to the survey anytime before ship the products to reflect your new address and we will then send it to the new address. If the survey has been locked, it is because the products are ready to ship (or almost ready and we are about to charge for shipping).
Addresses are locked when the survey is locked, usually about 30 days before the items ship (when shipping is charged the addressed will be locked). If you need to change if after that date, get in contact with me/backerkit directly and we will find a solution!

When will I receive my rewards?
We will send out items as quickly as possible once production and manufacturing is completed. The deck of cards are the most ready, with finalized samples already available. For the Plushies, we have samples for Tigger, Eeyore, Winnie and Piglet already made. These will be improved based on community feedback and then go into the full production run. For the other plush designs, we have the initial concept art ready, but we don’t have the samples on hand (samples are really really expensive to get made, sorry I couldn’t afford to do them all upfront). That means these will take a little longer than the other plushies.
As a result, I plan on getting everything finished and shipped to all of you by October 2024!

Are the playing cards suitable for children?
Yes, the playing cards feature classic Winnie the Pooh illustrations and are suitable for ages 6+ But… I wouldn’t let me as a child touch them, they are too cute and when I was a kid I destroyed everything, even when I was trying to be good! If you have an older child that you know can be trusted with things, for sure! 😊

If you experience any issues with Backerkit, you can reach out to their support team directly or contact me and I can relay a message, and we’ll assist you in resolving the problem. Just bear in mind, I am not Backerkit and I don’t work for them, so I may not have all the answers. Backerkit are super helpful and quick to respond to emails and support chat though! There is a reason I moved from Kickstarter to Backerkit for my campaigns… it’s their quality support and friendly team members! 😊😊😊

How do I complete the Backerkit survey?
Once you receive the survey link, follow the instructions provided. You’ll be able to confirm your pledge details, add more items, and update your shipping address. It should be fairly straight forward and smoke tests (a small number of surveys sent out to people to test how good/accurate they are) will be sent out. This should, I hope, remove any strangeness! But if you do encounter anything odd, send me an email or contact Backerkit support and I/we will find a solution for you!

Hi there! 😊 I’m aiming to get everything shipped out by September 2024. However, logistics can be tricky with so many moving parts in the world right now. The only major risk is the closeness of November and December to September. If we reach November, I might delay shipping until after the holidays. Here’s why: Shipping rates skyrocket during the holiday rush, and nobody wants to pay crazy high shipping charges! 📦💸 Many people aren’t home for the holidays, which complicates shipping. My policy is a 30-day refund starting from the day the package arrives. If you’re away in December and return in January, you might miss your refund window. 🎄🚪 Rest assured, I’ll do everything possible to ship all pledges well before November/December! This is just a 'what if' scenario to be transparent. I’m still expecting to ship by September! 😊✨ Thank you for your understanding and support!

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
